About Us
Resala Charity Organization is a faith-driven, non-profit organization founded to uplift and transform underprivileged communities in Uganda. Established by Sheikh Issa Jafar and Said Seggingo, the organization was born out of a shared commitment to extend compassion, dignity, and practical support to those most in need.

Our mission is to serve humanity by providing essential services that improve lives and strengthen communities. We aim to fulfill our Islamic duty of charity by constructing mosques, drilling clean water boreholes, and organizing the annual slaughter of animals during Eid al-Adha to feed the needy.

We envision a world where every community has access to clean water, proper places of worship, and the ability to celebrate religious rites with dignity and joy. Through Allah’s guidance, we strive to empower communities and uplift the lives of those who are vulnerable.

Mosque Construction: We build mosques to provide safe, dignified spaces for prayer and community gathering, especially in remote areas where such facilities are lacking.
Borehole Drilling: Access to clean water is a basic human right. We drill boreholes in water-scarce regions to ensure families and communities have safe drinking water.
Zuhiya Adha (Animal Slaughter): Every year, we organize the slaughtering of animals for Eid al-Adha, distributing meat to hundreds of families in need.
Ramadhan Food Distribution: We distribute essential food items to struggling families during the holy month of Ramadhan, ensuring they can fast with dignity and peace of mind.
Zakat Collection and Distribution: We collect and distribute Zakat to eligible beneficiaries, helping to alleviate poverty and fulfill the obligations of the Muslim community.
